Marina Vltava is found in Nelahozeves, which is a major cultural point in the Central Bohemia. It is also an excellent starting point for trips to the surroundings or to the Capital City of Prague.
Nelahozeves is a native town of Antonín Dvořák, you can visit his native house, which is now a monument.

Stately towering renaissance Nelahozeves chateau above the Vltava River (only 300 m from Marina Vltava) invites you to visit its interiors all-year-round daily except Monday. You can see the newly opened exhibition of the chateau interiors "View into the noble interior of the Lobkowitz Family " - 12 halls with the equipment from the period of 2nd half of the 19th and 1st half of the 20th century or also the Knight´s Hall and the Gallery of Paintings.
 


Marina Vltava lies directly on Dvořákova Trail, through which it is possible to get on foot or on a bike to the nearby Kralupy nad Vltavou. The path is shaded with trees, on your left side you will have a steep rock massive with three tunnels for the railway inside. Above us, there are constantly transforming bizarre shapes of sandstone rocks reminding of a skull or a sphinga, whatever your imagination is – and on your right down below there is a wide and calm running river.
 


Veltrusy Chateau - a significant work of the culminating baroque art from the 1st half of the 18th century in the groundplan of a letter "x" with a honorable yard enclosed by the alegoric statues of twelve months and four yearly seasons. After the floods of 2002, the interiors of the chateau are still under reconstruction, however the chateau park can be visited all-year-round.

Other sport options are available in Kralupy nad Vltavou (up to 2 km), where it is possible to walk or ride a bike along the Dvořákova Trail or where we can take you on our boats, in a minibus or on a train.
